I firmly believe that if you have challenges in your life, challenges that you can mould into goals, then you are living life to the full. I also believe that having goals can help beat depression. It gives you a focus. It doesn't matter how big or small that goal might be, the best advice I can give anyone who has been where I have been is never, ever stop making goals for yourself.
